ORSM @ VSS Cruise #21

Who's gonna head to the VicStreetScene cruise #21 on August 11th? I haven't been to one of these before and am keen to head along.

Would be good to see a few of us rock up and park up together all ORSM'd up

Any suggestions of somewhere nearby to meet up beforehand? I'm thinking maybe meet somewhere nearby at 7:30 turn up at HomeHQ around 8pm, grab a park then have a wander and a yarn until its time to roll out.

this is the same weekend as the sydney AFD, as no one is going there our club might get a good turn out for this.

looks like i will be stuck working that night ... might be able to make it after work .. but depends where the cruise heads too ...

We could all meet up Yarra Bend Park Blvd (Melways Map 45, REF 1 A/B). In front of the Guide Dog Centre, coming off Chandler Hwy. Take a few happy snaps, then jump straight onto the Eastern Fwy heading towards Springvale Rd. Turn right, then Along Springvale Rd, then Left @ Whitehorse/Mitcham Rd and we're there.

Hey guys the VSS cruise is on Next Weekend,
Meet @ 6.30 leave by 7pm.
Yarra Bend Park Blvd (Melways Map 45, REF 1 A/B). In front of the Guide Dog Centre, coming off Chandler Hwy. (Great Idea Jack) Would Be great to get Photos of all the ORSM number plates together.

I have heard that these cruises end up in races between stopping locations, is this correct? I don't have any interest in attending a cruise where I watch people drive dangerously like idiots etc etc, even though I put big blinkers on, I don't enjoy it. If anyone can pm me or post answer please.

I think this was the case in the early days of the club, but I beleve the admins have done alot to reduce if not stop any sort of dangerous behaviour.
