Default Good Vehicle modifications Engineer in Brisbane?

Guys,

To give you a run down. I am currently building a v8 Capri, fuel injected, power steering, 9 inch diif, 5 speed and air conditioned. However I have been building it for a few years now but for the last two years I have been living in the UK and I shall be here for a few more years yet.

This means that the car gets worked on once a year for about 3 weeks straight. I am not sure the current modification rules for cars and my wifes uncle was tellin gme that he thinks that they have changed recently. What I am concerned about is that by the time I get to finish it the rules would have changed to the point I can't finish my project.

What I am after is a good engineer in Brisbane that I can talk to before I come home in February about the requirements and also maybe come and look at the car and tell me what further I have to do.

Any help would be apprecieated.

David
