A simple, fun ad.
Mustang really is the hero/halo car for Ford US isn't it? I like how they threw it in there instead of another Explorer, and a marketable race driver behind the wheel as well. The ad peaked my interest in seeing how the cruise control on he Explorer worked, and left me wanting to buy a Mustang. I'm informed on the product Ford were advertising, and left drooling over another unrelated product. One way or another that ad makes you want to buy a Ford...genius! |

It would have to be a loyal Ford driver. Only ones i could think of would be Steve or Dick Johnson. Apparently the crimsafe ads featuring DJ worked pretty well. You could do a similar ad with the Tezza and a Falcon maybe??? Munners |

It's not really an ad as in a TV commercial, it's a video in series of promotional videos to be posted online like what Ford US has been doing for years. This time I've noticed they're using YouTube to get more attention.
It's good to see Ambrose back with Ford to promote their vehicles, I think I'll take the car that he's driving. |

What are the chances of getting the Explorer back on sale in Oz? Styling wise looks great.

or use Marcos maybe. Also when promoting one vehicle you could have others in the background in someway. maybe use abit of humour in the ads. you need things that stick in your mind. Yes use DJ and SJ.

I don't understand why Ford don't insist that assorted models from their range be placed throughout ads...
Take the new Territory ad where the engineer drives around visiting her facebook friends: in one bit she grabs something from out the back and closes the convenient rear glass tailgate...and there's a (fairly sexy) Stato Caprice driving past in the background. How about squeezing a G6E in there? Better still why not an ad that advertises Ford's great range and features all their cars? (I know they've sort of done that already, but do it again and better!) |

Good ad and product placement. It shows a bit of creativity and is not such a corporate styled ad like we currently see. This is the sort of fun ad that Ford used to have with the utes. Ads should stir emotion so that people remember them. Good to see Marcos in ads over there. He's having a pretty good year.
