Your assumption is incorrect.

Low, SL and SSL all retail for the same price.

About $130 a pair from Repco last time I went there.

King Springs are the same price across the board

Low, Super Lows and Super Super (Ultra) lows

You just have to haggle and shop around big time to get them at $110 a pair, you will have more of a chance to get them at $110 a pair if you bought front and rears at the same time ($220 total).

If you are like me and cant be stuffed haggling and shopping around then you just pay $120 or $130 a pair.

BUT if anyone can name a Store that has them at $110 a pair right now then that would help other members

If you pay more than $90 a pair for Kings, your getting ripped.

$100-105 is the going price for Lovells.

I'm not going to name the place, as thats the price I get. But I can tell you it is a large chain.

But also knowing that this place still makes around $25 to $30 profit per set, its not out of the question to badger them down to $90/$100 per set.

Ok its a large chain and its a special price you can get it for off them.

I am sure 100's of members know some one that can get some sort of product cheaper BUT thats not to say that the people who pay higher than their special deal are getting ripped off.

Anyway good for you that you can get them for $90

noting is wrong with pedders they are just a bit more expensive but you will find that they have a higher spring rate so are stiffer than kingsprings

I recently went to REPCO and when I asked for Super Low Springs I was confronted with the question " Do you want lows, super lows, super super lows, super super super lows, or ultra lows?"
So from my recent experience there are lows, s-lows, ss-lows, and sss-lows!
I said super super lows and the box she gave me had on the label "SS-Low" and I also saw the catalogue she was reading out of and can confirm these are the true sizes of the springs! So pretty much Ultra Lows are sitting on the ground in King Springs terms, my super super lows have been described by people saying anything lower than super low is considered ultra low! Hope this explains a few things as the classification is more precice than first thought.

In E-Series Fords Ultra Lows ARE Super Super Lows (SSL)

Just so we get this straight attached is the link to the PDF copy of the King Spring Catalogue http://www.kingsprings.com/kings_master_catalogue.pdf

Page 24 is where you want to look

Ultra Lows = Super Super Lows (SSL) for E-Series Ford
