Default AMG Quake Fit AU?

Heya im looking into buying the AMG Quake 17" rims for my AU but im not sure whether they would fit.

I know the Quake DSK fit, but is there a difference between the two? or just different brands? :togo:

As long as you get them in +35 offset, with 5 x 114.3 PCD, they will fit. Quakes are a bit common though - plenty of better looking rims out there for the AU.

Sounds reasonable, but what has your XDs tyres got to do with your AU? Rims that fit falcons pre-AU will not fit an AU. They have the same PCD, but different offset (0) and will stick out past your guards.

Yes, you do. I wasn't aware of the XD = smiley of sorts, so at somewhere between 2 and 3 times a teenagers age, I have learnt something too!

The Quakes are a decent rim as a starting base, and something that will serve you well until you can afford that little bit of extra luxury (a decent set of 18s, 19s or even 20s).

Yeah well i gotta Falcon AUII 01 tray back, but because of the load rating which i probably will never use to get rims and tyres through say a wheel company, will cost me ~$2000+ just for 17"s. Need special rims and tyres or they can get in trouble if anything happens, so they shall do fine for now.
