Kev went out to Calder tonight from all reports he is thrilled with his XR8 Ute.
12.17 @ 112.6mph clearly beat his last PB. Congrats to Kev and G&D Performance a fine result and that's one very quick manual powered 260.

Well done Kev, bloody awesome pedalling mate !
You are "The Man" when it comes to launching those manuals. And "YES" i do believe those cams work, lets just strip the guts out of it now and see what it can do.

KEV!! haha nice work buddy.. Unreal time, would of loved to have been there to see that. GnD are really starting to show the way with these fords.. well done GnD.
I got a message from whoosh at 11 last night saying "12.17@112.66 no **** it lifted the front wheel off the ground and people come running over" thats crazy man, would of loved to have seen that.. 11's are just around the corner.. Im with Cam290 on this, and still say "YES" the cams work.. |

Well done Kev, the G&D team are proud of you.You sure can pedal that thing.I know only too well that running good numbers with a manual is damn hard work.I'm also happy to say that theres more in her yet.280+rwkw's is not too shabby from the little 260 but we'll squeeze some more out of her.
Yep, no nitrous,no engine swaps just a good set of cams.Theres hope for the 260 brigade yet. Camerons right, lets pull some weight out of this thing & run that 11....LOL. Well done mate. Glenn |

Well done Kev!!! Thats great news! You are the manual man for sure! Maybe after Glenn and the boys have done some work on mine, you can take it for a run or two... Im a poo manual driver.
I hear all these things and I just cant wait for my car to be worked on! Jac
