ive herd that saab interceptors fit on a td cortina! is there a specific model and what size rims are they?

The PCD is correct, 4x108.
The offset may not be right though. Really need ET15 to ET25 on a Cortina. The SAAB wheels are usually ET35 to ET45. The centre bore of the SAAB should be 65.1mm and the Cortina is 63.4mm.

If you can find some, Mondeo 15" steelies fit straight on. I had 14's on my TE, they are easier to find.

Smally, look at the post above your previous one. Louis, they will all be approx the same offset, most fwd cars are in the same ballpark.
Current shape Mondeos are 5 stud, 90's ones are 4 stud - there are a fair few years in between! The PCD is the same for both. Last edited by outback_ute; 11-11-2011 at 03:59 PM. |

Im told Audi rims fit also...not sure of offset. just my 2 cents

Peugeot 206 & 306 run a 4x108, with ET25 ad ET15 offsets..
Also have 65.1mm centre bore.. They may be some help..?

You'd need a set of centre bore spigot rings made to fit the 65.1mm centre bore wheels onto the Cortina's 63.4mm centre bore hubs. Offest of ET35 to ET45 is still wrong though and if a copper wants to be a ***** he can ping you having the wrong wheels fitted.
Spigot rings is a quick easy job for anyone with a lathe. Most modern wheels that have 4x108 PCD and ET15 to ET25 offset have a 70mm centre bore, and if you purchased them new they'd come with a set of spigot rings (there are still places selling new aftermarket Cortina wheels in 14" to 17").

Most of the early Mondeo steelies were 14s, but there were a few with 15s.

When they were first released in '95 they were all 14s. I can remember that some time during '98 or '99 there were a couple with 15" steelies and hubcaps. Can't help you with any more info than that sorry.
