Could be genuine, the seller has 100% witha few sales, they haven't tryed to talk it up too much, and the bids just keep rising so....

the seller seems to have hacked into someone elses account.. and the give aways:-
the legit account is US based, yet auctioning a car in Aus.. "VERY IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE EMAIL ME BEFORE BIDDING AND WAIT FOR MY APPROVAL!!!" and he uses a different email addy to the legit winerack account holder

They can't check everything, thats why there is the 'report' function.

I reckon it's legit.
It is an 03 model and it's already up to $25k. Wouldn't expect more than $35 - 40k for it anyway. Cheers,

lol, i got the same reply but was told the car is in England, I reported it to ebay anyhow, i wouldn't want anyone to get scammed that way.
