Looks good, new headlights make a big difference to lighting.

Wayne, do you have a specific tool or markings on a wall etc to adjust headlights to, or is it a bit of trial and error?

i go off the roller door, its good as it has the lines.

you park the car about a meter from it, allign the lights so they are dead on and at the same height as the headlights, and put a mark with texta or tape or whatever so you have the reference point...

mark both the center line of light and the height..
like so

--|---................---|--

then reverse back about 5 meters and bring them down about 1 or 2 "lines" from your referance....and adjest them out so they're both still centered on the center lines

Who in their right mind would be $380 a side for Fairmont Headlights?

Guy on eBay sells genuine ones for $300 both sides.....

But Niko the front looks awesome now, noticed on the cruise you only had one new headlight - looked a bit weird....

I paid about $500 for a genuine pair of brand new Fairmont lights. Got some headlight covers thrown into the deal, thanks to Sunny

Looks much better Niko. I also put my new light in last weekend (I've been away since Saturday so haven't been on the forums to mention it). The other light is 4 years old so there is no real colour difference between the lights. I also fitted a set of clear indicators while I was at it! The front looks heaps better now, and unlike the old amber indicators, which leaked water like crazy, these ones don't! They seem like decent quality. I adjusted the lights but they may still be a little too high. I haven't been flashed though, so can't be too bad!

Looks heaps better! Suits it really well!

First exterior mod anyway! I previously changed the stereo to a Clarion CD/MP3 player with Clarion 180W 3-way rear speakers (will replace the front speakers one day) and I fitted an EB T-bar instead of the crappy EA one. They were a while ago, but they're not really that visible from the outside.

Will post up a pic of the front end when I get around to taking the photo.
