Already onto it, hehe, its $40 for a new headlight $25 for some new clear indicators, $80 for a new bumper primed and $27.68 for a slab of melbourne stubbys from my parents supermarket for the painting in the spray booth.
Thats around $200 so around $500 in pocket

If all goes to plan :

Also I just spoke to the persons insurnace company, its kinda strange cause the claim was under the mothers name, and they didnt have an exact location so hmmm maybe the girl dosnt have insurnace.

A bit harsh don't you think, remember that he is now going to have to do all the work and have all the hassles of doing it and she was at fault. So what if he does all the work himself and charges her labour, same result in the end for all concerned.

And if so, did you catch her number?

Nah but seriously, when i had my accident and a lady cut me off i was so damn annoyed.. you feel helpless and annoyed. Mine was a write-off though, i honestly believe you should be componsated to a degree.. i don't think your going too overboard there either.. considering your fixing it yourself.
