Auto
Every year or 20 odd K.
Every second year I go for a full flush.

Not sure about engine oil recommendations as I have two I6s.

Have used the Nulon 10w-40 before, went nicely!
At the moment just have whatever the mechanic uses, I think the brand is Phoenix? (that's what the service sticker says on the windscreen)

I also have some Fuchs 10w-30 to throw in at the next service, a lot of people give this oil big raps for fuel economy....will have to see if it makes a difference!

Royal Purple does the job, but is pricey...

ok mate ive said this to alot of forum members in the past about this subject.

i know every has alot of oppinions to oils BUT...

like i always say your cars engine is uniqe to your car.
this means no other engine has been run in exact the same way as yours, every one is different in many ways the best advice i can give you is to go through the trialand error process with the fluids and oils for your car.

there are other oils that other members have found to be great and others not good this decision you and your car have to make yourselfs, as you are the one who knows the little ticks about your car.

dont get me wrong though the forum members that givethe advise for your car dont want to see your baby damaged therfore they also try to give you advise on what they have found to work good in thier pride and joy.
