Default Who can do a pats removal on a BA PCM / ECU

As the title states, I need to do a Pats removal on a BA PCM so I can do a stand alone conversion into a small Isuzu truck, I can do the wiring and every thing else no probs but the Pats has me stuffed, if someone here can do it, or a place that does a post in post out service.
