Well Done Timmy!
Just dont speed on the driving test and dont run the amber lights. All you goto do is prove to the vicroads person that you can drive and im sure you can.

Again well done!

It's when you see a truck in one lane and a bus in the other so you duck down the left hand lane and cut infront just before the road ends :

Is this a new system, where you have to pass several test?
I got my licence 7 years ago and you just had some computer crap, where you had to push the screen when you got closer to the car infront, some questions then you went for a drive and the ИИИИИ testing me made me reverse park down a hill, then after iu did it she told me not to ride the clutch.I didnt even have the car in gear to ride the damn clutch as i rolled down the hill and parked.WTF!

Only parking that my mates and I were tested for was pulling up in the vicroads carpark :alien2: Just be confident, and make your head/mirror checks really obvious (they dont watch your eyes). Oh, and if you're doing it in a manual car, minimise any rollback you can, so always handbrake start if on a slope. Did all that, and i passed with flying colours. I think i showed too much confidence on my test though, the instructor afterwards said 'You're obviously a local, you should observe the speed limit more around here' Just be confident in your abilities, you'll pass it easy.

yeh i failed my driving test twice, the first one the stop sign was behind a tree and i didnt see it till the last minute and stoped over the line, this was a striaght up fail. second time with the same bloke as the first one, i had my blinker on but when i turned the wheel it turned off so i turned it back on again and turned, this also was a straight up fail as i didnt indicate for 5 or more seconds, third time i changed bloke and passed with 96% just watch out for the w@nker$ i rekon they are just after ur money.

My sister lost her licence because she overtook a car doing a reverse park. There is nothing in the book saying you can't and everyone do it anyway, so that was pretty dodgy. So, it's those little things that you can be failed for.

Another thing, I lost a couple of points for doing a head check to reverse out of a park, but not doing a second check taking off again.

i got like 57% i think, 1 more question wrong and i woulda failed, but its a total waste of time, every brakes at different points and they have to put up with it, its totally stupid IMO doesnt even look half 3d nor does it test u in anyway because they are all different braking points

i came close to failing the hazards but got 90% in the drive, i had an old codge for the instructor and he looked like we was taking me for a spin to his house to make sure the garbage was taken out or something, cause he didnt really care that much

i remember a mate of mine passed when the instructor was on the phone from half way threw to the end

haha, just like my cousin, his test was just to the instructors house that was being built, he wanted to make sure everything was going fine. He was on the phone most of the way too, was probably the same instructor.

I had the reverse parrallel park (for some reason i actually prefer to reverse park, than drive straight in a car spot ) but anyway theres no common parking test they will test you on, so be confident in all of them.

Just be cautious of signs and stuff going out of Vicroads as a lot of people fail before they even hit the open roads!
