You have a blockage stopping the radiator water getting to the gas converter.

Do you have the correct thermostat in for LPG?????
I am with JC on this ... suspect lack of water/anti-freeze getting to the converter.
Is there a leak in the rest of the cooling system ... is there anti-freeze/water mixture in your header tank????

Happened in my XC. Was a coolant leak caused by the gasket in the LPG converter giving way. Thermostat is another placed where the problem could stem from.

Isn't Nulon ultra cool an anti-freeze?

Well even if all you had in it before was just plan water it would still not freeze up ( unless you at the snow)

Your converter freezers as it has no water flowing through it and this then of course could only be a few things .

1.Crud / muck in your converter
2.low water
3.thermostat closed over or only just open

So to check all these and to find anything wrong all you have to do is..

start car and run on fuel and put hand on the 2 water hoses at the converter , If warm and getting hotter then its not a Blocked hose or thermostat.

IF the hoses are getting hot BUT the converter is still cold then stop the motor remove the hoses from the converter get your garden hose and turn it on to a steady stream and put that into the water in / out let then give the converter a few small taps on the top to try and dislodge what ever is in there.

IF you have started the car and checked the heat of the pipes and the converter and all seem to be getting hot then you need to think back to when it froze over where / did you go up a big hill , did you tow a trailer at that time.

What was the day like ???
a little warm or was it really cold ?

If it was a lukwarm day then I would ask you to look at your water hoses going to the converter and I will say you have 1 hose going from the bottom of your thermostat housing to your converter.
When you where towing the big trailer the thermostat opened up all the way and blocked the water flow to the converter and thats the reason why it froze up.
