Hi everyone i've been having a little trouble with my account it seems to keep logging out everytime time i close the window and open a new one. It used to stay logged in even if i'm not online for a few days but now i have to log in everytime which is a pain any fix ???

Clear your cache and if using IE set "check for new page" to every time rather than automatically.

I had the same issue and I cleared my cache as flappist said and then ticked the remember me box. Haven't had an issue since

What browser are you using? We have had some issues on our other PC and that is using IE8.

try repeating what you have done then do a restart before logging in

The system will keep track of you using cookies. I'd log out and then clean out all your Ford Forums cookies. Log back in and see how that goes.
