It's been intermittent for me. Very hit and miss. Seems to be all cleared up now tho.

AFF often has connectivity issues if you are trying to connect through certain VPN's.
Norton VPN is the worst, but NORD VPN is fine. |

I don't use a VPN, GF, so it's not that in my case. Could have been a network issue at my end at the time. Whilst I wasn't using my mobile data, I did receive a duplicated text message from a mate about the same time as the forums were playing up for me. I confirmed with him, he only sent the message once, but I received two copies.
What was odd was that it was only aff I had troubles with. I was using other apps and websites, but only aff was intermittent. Anyway, doesn't matter now as it is all working aok again.

Hey guys, I've had pretty intermittent issues accessing AFF this afternoon/evening, more times than not the message from Firefox browser has been that the server is unavailable.
Just thought I'd flag that with you all.

I lost access to AFF again last night. Checked Firefox and it was all up to date. The drop outs seem so random, and the only error I get is that there was no response from the AFF server. All other sites I visited last night were fine.

It must have something to do with Firefox. As I tried to load it on my phone seconds ago and I received the same error. So I thought I'd try evil Google Chrome and it loaded fine.

The issue has been noticeable since about 21/11 and has been caused by DNS issues as even when it has been down I have been able to access the forum using the IP address rather than name.
