Not the Nagari , Nagaris were ALL small block Ford powered . The car you are thinking of was the predocessor the Bolwell Mk 7 . You can see some of the lines of the Nagari in the Mk 7 .

To the untrained eye they do look similar , London to a brick it was a Mk 7 . Noone in their right mind would fit a poxy Holden 6 in a Nagari . Infact the bonnet would not have a hope in hell of clearing an inline 6 .

A mate of mine conned a Pantera GT5 out of a bloke for a week and we took it for a blast down the Great Ocean Road. Wonderful experience but the 80L fuel tank wasn't big enough for us to get back to Geelong! It was one of the cars that were supplied with Geelong made "clevos" and were supposed to be 149kw, but this thing went like a cut cat so I think it has a bit work.

First time I ever saw a Pantera and the first time I'd seen custom plates ("Ratbag"), all in the early 1980's.

This is a real nice Pantera pic taken on a T series run late last year in Newcastle.

It's also bloody heavy at 1560 kg , imagine it without the extensive use of Aluminium they boast about . The weight is reflected in the acceleration times too .

It needs to be heavy, if it's designed anything like the trains in India it needs to fit 20 people and 5 goats inside the cabin, with a further 30 people holding onto the outside of the vehicle.
