Default Finally..Unbiased truth about FPV F6 vs HSV R8ve

I thought stuff it.. how can i find real unbiased truth on which is the real undisputed king of aussie performance cars. FPV F6 and the HSV R8ve.

So i simply spent a couple of hours watching all the vids on youtube of STOCK comparos between the two. Both drags and lap times are shown and to my sweet delight i can honestly now say there is Undisputed proof that the F6 whipes the floor with the clubsports. From memory i dont think even one race was one by the hsvs..truth....look it up guys for yourselves you will agree. Youtube F6 vs HSV and only watch the stock videos. :

we already kinda knew this...but, YouTube videos aren't "official" and don't really have much grounding in the real world.

Sorry, but give me a VE HSV V8 over a turbo 6cyl any day. More to the drive experience than split seconds here and there.

why be so negative to what i have said here, did use even see the vids..no off course not.

Im attacking biased peoples opinions(which everybody still takes ther word for when they say mine can beat a...) And also magazine write ups which so often tend to be wrong and often different stories diff days.

The vids include footage from reputable car shows on tracks with pro drivers to keep it serious. And a number of the vids are mates racing each other were they both state in their vid their cars are stock....
Not to mention the video where reputable car enthusiasts TOP GEAR rate the F6 as the best sports sedan in the world under $100G

So prydey, 4Vman, Tex and wretched...unless u have something to prove my thread bogus ..keep your one eyed opinions to yourselves..thanks....geez :

Mate - I suggest you take some time out, have a couple of strong coffees and maybe relax with the RACQ Magazine for a bit of light reading. _2: You're aiming for disaster getting stuck into some pretty solid AFF members here.

Gaela

The precedent of stripping weight and using full slicks was set years ago now.

So if you want to beat em, ya gotta join em, and being manual makes the time even more credible.

Last I checked there were You Tube videos of real Yeti, various ghosts and current sightings of Elvis and as far as most reasonable people are concerned these aren't proof of anything much.

Good that you are convinced but I can't see any long term benefit for this thread so it can join Elvis and be gone from here.

Russ
