Default Yay!!!1! New Muzz mobile:D

Howdy Y'all.

Well I was walking thru my local second hand dealership today(kellys motors corner of clayton rd and princes hwy) and found a very clean example of an EL XR6 i had in ages.

Anyways had a poke arond in it, it had all the usual XR bits FTR wheels, MOMO sterring wheel, Tinted windows, 3.45 LSD/ss diff, reg till september, 180,000k's, LPG, Mint EL XR interior And best part of all factory 5 speed manual!

At this point some thoughts had crossed my mind.

1. I allready have a money pit sitting in the shed and Still with no engine:P.
2. They wanted more then I wanted to pay for it $7800.
3. What the hell was I doing hear.

At this point I summed it up and decide what I would pay for it, I round the figure out and max I was going to pay was $6000 on road.

I thought to my self they would tell me to get ****** pritty much with this offer but I thought id give it a shot and see what they would say.

Well at first he was hesatent to take the offer but after pointing out some faults, Front end damage nothing majore, little scuff on the left side rear wheel arch easy fix too and that it was on LPG HAHA.

After some 5h|t spinning he said Yes!

So there you have it I now have another 5speed E-series and have even less money then I did before.

pics!!!

At this point I am undecided what im doing with the ED, eather way it will be finished off but not sure if il keep it or strip it down and make some cash back.

Only time will tell......Or the repo men.

Awesome buy Pat! That looks brilliant. As for the ED, in my opinion, it is way too tidy to strip for parts. Hope to see it finished sometime in the near future

lol @ LPG

Nice car there, are you going to put the 19's off your ED onto it ? wheels and lowering will set it off, body kit will make it look stunning. The EL XR's are still the most attractive aggresive looking Falcon built to date IMO.

That is a sweet ride.

What a predicament..the ED isn't exactly a shitter, but the EL is a step up. Talk to FTG, you never know they might have a white EL sitting there with a good boot.

Oh and for the record, IMO, any E Series is a money pit...LOL :hihi:

That was unexpected! Your ED is so original and mint though... What a predicament!! I don't reckon the 19s would suit the EL unless it was the same colour as the ED.
