I have an auII xr8 which has slight tappet noise, was thinking of putting in a slightly thicker oil to try and quieten it. Does anyone have any suggestions of brand and velocity?? That would be much apreciated thanks guys

I always run penrite HPR 30 in the winter and HPR 40 in the summer, i also have a slight tappet noise but it has not got worse in 3 years I swear by it but I always do an oil change every 10000 which I also think has helped. and my baby is 29 years old.
