Circlip pliers, a couple of sockets and a vice or some other sort of press for pushing purposes. After removing circlips and soaking with wd40 Position 1 socket that is slightly smaller than the hole on one side and one large enough for the opposite end cap to slide into on the other and push away. If it proves difficult apply more wd and have a JD while it penetrates. It will be easier if you can get a second pair of hands to hold stuff also.
Good luck

A bench vise makes life easy as does a tub of grease to hold roller bearings in place.

You're starting to have the car mod and service woes of JC! He's been in hospital a few times with cuts, burns, metal in the eye, etc, etc. If he sees this thread, he'll probably outline his various injuries! LOL! GK

Hah good effort! Minor cuts and burns are part of the process, but that's a great job! Dropped an engine on my thumb a while back and nearly lost the end of it, just goes to show you need to stay awake....
