To anyone interested, today in essendon i drove past a left hand drive VE chevy lumina, first VE ive seen in person, they still havent grown on me tho, still think they look like holden have raided the BA and camry parts bins...

Ahhhhh well that's what I would've seen on Burwood Hwy a couple of days ago. At first I thought it was "just another" VE, but noticed the Chevy badge and the "left-hand drive" sticker. It also had dual exhausts I think.
