There are some vids on youtube. Some in-cars, and there's a BA XR8 having fun on the skid-pan. Just search for 'XR8'

Not sure if it's stock or not but, yes you can. My AUIII XR8 was stock and one of the easiest cars to do burnouts in and to light up I have ever driven (apart from my Mopars).....so easy in fact almost every take off in an out of the way location I would be very tempted to go to town and leave a mass of white smoke behind. On several occasions I have been into the local tyre shop with wires exposed..."Ah, yeah, I hit another, hedgehog?" lol .

How did you mount it to the back, and was it a standard video camera? It would be great to see this view on the strip too |

rodderz. The Pot hole threw me haha....
I simply bolted a square of ply under the tow ball and screwed the camera ont its mount. And a couple of cable ties for insurance. The video quality is amazing, as in there is no shake etc..And the sound blew me away.. And its a cheap Sony DVD camera. Think its worth $600.00 now. This was just a quick vid mucking around. Now I have plans for the strip and the racetrack if I get time and they let me. I have a few of the spy type cams also that I use on my RC Helicopter. I want to do some front bumper shots etc on the circuit. Wheel shots and some header and inside tyre shots like they do on the V8 Supercars.... Just need a bit of time. You guys will be the first to see it
