I know the feeling.
I normally look forward to an empty house but then I find I'm bored sh*tless within an hour.

more sleep. you would be surprised how much of a sleep debt you rack up over time. That's what I would do if all other chores and activities are done.

Do you have any hobbies? If you don't really have anything you enjoy doing yourself that you haven't discovered yet or done for ages maybe it's a good time to see what interest you.
Buy a cheap acoustic from a pawn shop for like $50, or grab a pencil and paper and have a go at a draw, design a tattoo or something, or go through your old CD/Record/Music collection and really get into an old album you loved but haven't heard for ages. All this stuff I do and kills time like no tomorrow and gets me feeling relaxed and chilled. And is better than just watching TV.

If you have time on your hands, and want to make someone's day, go and visit and old folks home for a natter. The oldies love it. They get to have a conversation and you get to hear about days gone by from another person's point of view...Win/Win situation.

Stand naked in the lounge room with your preferred arm above your head. Let it drop, see where it ends up and off you go.
