Default passenger side dash mods

Is it legal and can i cut a hole/ slot in the passenger side of the dash to install a draw to hold a laptop

As long as you don't touch the overall structural side off the dash I cant see why not.

Plus if its got an airbag then it's a no no.

oh sorry to forgot to mention that is an el futura with no passenger side airbag. also is there anything behind the dash in that location

yer i have to agrre should be fine as long as you dunt weaken the structure to much i dunt seee a problem

I think you can, it cant have sharp edges poking out either, A mate of mine chopped his ED dash to put a PS2 in there....Then the slimline ones came out a month later...lol
