Lots of water. If you have a spa have a long relaxing soak as well. It will dehydrate you and you can replace it with water. Pure those toxins.

Not sure about a cure, but from someone who used to get them after every session, now i skull about 3-4 glasses of water before bed and just wait up that extra half hour before sleeping, which gets rid of the headspins when the eyes are shut

Wake up fine now!

Now that's a good idea, I'm not a fan of raw eggs (Though I've never tried one)

Greasy food also seems to work well.

Couple of ice blocks in a big glass, 1 teaspoon of bitters and a can of coke. Foams up like buggery, actually tastes good and seems to give enough of a lift for me to get on with my day.

Drink a couple of bottles of Powerade or similar, the salts and all those replenishing minerals etc work a treat. Empty your system as well if you can!! A nice cool shower and then go out and do something (take your mind off it).

I've found getting up and going out somewhere seems like the worst move, but once you're out and about you kind of forget it. And next time, drink water before you sleep - even a couple randomly between drinks. Your (dehydrated) brain will love you for it

More booze.

Decent feed and dont go to sleep always works too.

Last time I got really maggot I went to sleep that night (after puking. Shame Shame.) got up a few hours later and went to sleep when i got home. Bad bad plan. Makes you real crook.

Aussie day had a few drinks. Had a little bit of sleep and went home. Didnt go straight to bed. Stayed up and chilled. Had some food, water and then slept for an hour at midday. Best ive ever felt after a decent night out.

yep simple get married . you will learn not to be affected after a big night out . covering up and grinning and bearing a hangover whenyour brain is spinning in your head and your about to faint and you blame the sweating on a hot day whilst taking little JONHY AND JANE on a ferrous wheel and dodgem cars. is always better than if she finds out you were dancing on the tables at the local the night before . thats why i've never had a hangover since i was married but worn sun glasses on a cloudy day many many times .

Chocolate Paddle pops and Poweraide is the way to go.
The ice cream smoothes the guts if its churning and the poweraide helps re hydrate your body. Plenty of water before you go to bed helps sometimes.

Recently I've been drinking plenty of Powerade/Gatorade before and after I drink. Ribena can also be good too. Stay away from caffeine aswell.

Turns out... the chemicals in alcahol is what your brain is after which makes you feel like dog sh|t the next day, so by having another drink in the morning ( if you can handle it, and dont have to drive anywhere ) will actually make you feel alot better because you will feed your brain those chemicals its craving.

Try it out next time your on the p|ss!
It worked for me on a 3 day/night long bucks party, i have never drank that much in my life, and probably wont EVER again..
i had a "hangover" for 2 days after i put the last can down!

My biggest problem is a headache. The old "plenty of water before bed" seems to fix me up good and proper. If I am feeling seedy in the morning though, macca's breakfast (if you can stand up before 10:30) with a cold glass of coke.

Lack of vitamin B is the issue so I have a Berroca before sleep and during, when I wake up. Usually around 8/10 glasses of water and couple of panadols and feel right as rain by early next arvo. :baby bott
