Default Google Probs ?

Hi All

I seem to be having trouble getting onto the Google site of late. About 70% of the time all I get is a time out error. So I keep trying for about 5 mins with refreshing, shutting down browser and restarting, e.t.c. And when I finally do get on and type in my search it returns another bloody time out error. :

I dont have any trouble visiting other sites, and this happens on 2 different computers (home and work). Its been happening for about 3 months now.

So anyone having the same problems or is it just me??

Whens the last time you cleaning the cobwebs out of your computer?

What Browser are you using?

I had the same type of problem with other sites and found that when I ran firefox at the same time it would load without a problem

Try the program from www.ccleaner.com, been using it for a couple years now and gets mostly gets rid of the crap from your pc

Not often you get to use it on a car forum, but around the office I could quote it nearly every 5 minutes :hihi:

Happens with IE 6 and Firefox. Might give it that ccleaner a go.

Come to think of it the work computer is only a couple of months old so I dont know how much crap there could possibly be.

I'll keep investigating.
