Default Climate control fail

Just wondering if anyone has had issues with the climate control on their 2015 Mondeo Titanium? I can only get cold air with the temp controlat LO position. As soon as the control is raised above this position the system blows hot air.
I would appreciate any advice to solve this problem.

Default Re: Climate control fail

Just guessing, could be faulty temperature sensor/thermostat? Such things will usually return a reading of zero when they fail, in which case the HVAC will think it needs to pump out hot air to warm the cabin up (unless you explicitly command cold by turning the dial to LO).
Connecting an OBD tool with FORScan may help you confirm this hypothesis by viewing the cabin temperature reading (and a number of other parameters) from the control module.
