I'm not easily shocked these days but this is just blatant in your face highway robbery !!

France has very good rules for example on highways all fines and points earned are halved. As it's not as dangerous. 50 over in a 130 is safe than 50 over in a 40 zone in a village.

I was on a highway in Fance about 5 months ago. Not one person was doing under 120km/h in the 90 zoned highway. That included the police.
