the best for low profile is 35 and the best for standard Tyre's in 39 ;)

It depends what you want out of them. When I gave a toss about grip in the EB I was running 32 in the rears and 34 in the fronts, the idea being the fronts flatten out under brakes anyway. If you want economy I'd be putting 36-37 in them. 39 on 215s is just crazy, there will be bugger all contact with the road.

Also depends on the tyre compound. I run 235/45/17 Bridgestone S02s - a relatively soft compound - at 39psi all round. Even Bridgestone say anything less than 37psi will overheat the tyre and accelerate wear.

I've got 225/50r16s and I run 40PSI. I've got Fulda tyres and the guys at the tyre shop said they are excellent tyres but need to be looked after in regards to pressures keeping them at 40PSI.
Because they are 16s having 40psi doesnt make them too hard as the tyre wall still has more flex than 17" or 18". Drives awesome.

i have 235/60 r14s at 35 psi
when i have the standard tyres on the back there around 50psi

In summer I run 2psi higher than what is on the wall. In winter i run 2psi lower than wall!
