Meguiar's Forgotten Ford Sunday is less than 8 weeks away and is at Parramatta Park, in the same location as last year.
Hosted by the Capri Car Club of NSW, it is one of the last Ford car shows of the year and has some of the best small Fords on display. Invited clubs include: Anglia Prefect Club of Australia, Cortina Anglia Prefect Club of Australia, RS Owners Club of NSW, Zephyr Zodiac Car Club, Small Ford Car Club of NSW, Hunter British Ford Group, ACT Small Ford Owners Club and the Capri Car Club of Victoria. Each participating member of the invited clubs has the chance to go home with a trophy for “most appealing car” chosen by our judges on the day. As we are on the grassed area again this year the park has requested that all cars must supply their own drip tray to place under the vehicle while on display. Cars that do not have their own drip tray (disposable or permanent) will not be permitted to participate in the display and will be ineligible to win a trophy. Cars must be in place by 9.30am and cannot leave until after presentations have completed (by 3pm). For further information contact the secretary at capriclubnsw@gmail.com or club mobile on 0419 727 061. Food & Drinks will be available on the day as well as raffles & parts.

Yes it is a shame, but these things do cross over some times.
We have been having this event on the 2nd/3rd Sunday in November for over 20 years (previously our own annual S&S) and it is also subject to availability of Parramatta Park.....

Didnt go last year but will definitely go this year. I need to ask some owners very politely if I can get a look at some parts of their cars as I bought my car in pieces and I dont always know how it goes back together!
My service manual is great but it doesnt bother with interior stuff or body work at all.

No problem, plenty of people to ask questions of and if you ask I'm sure they will let you take photo's as well.... also a parts manual has a lot more info and pictures of where everything fits...
Only 16 days to go... Cheers, Rick Webb

With only 3 days left before the big event the weather is still changing daily....
The show will go on no matter, if it is too wet to use the grassed area we will be parking on the outskirts of area 7 in the car parking spaces along both sides of the road and using the covered shelter and a couple of pop up marquees. Trophies, food, drinks and raffle prizes are all organised, it just needs you to attend. See you there.....
