Red face The Ellusive Momo Gear Knob

Hi people,

I would like to buy a Black and Blue leather bound momo manual gear knob for my AUII XR8. As they are now ONR with Ford. I was wondering if anyone may know where I might be able to find one.

I am also after the keyring Ford released at the same time as the AUII XR series. It is shaped the same as the five spoke 17" rim with XR printed on it in blue.

If anyone can help me with either of these rare components it will be greatly appreciated.

Forget the keyring , it's a piece of junk , falls apart not long after you use it.i have mine through the spokes without the keypart.

Good luck finding either! For the gearknob, try www.autotek.com.au in their online shop, they are the people who import all of the MOMO gear into oz, including the Ford OEM gear.

The keyring - I have one somewhere at home, I got it at a V8SC round from a merchandise truck. Youd be very lucky to find one now though, best bet would be Ebay.

Yeah I know about the keyring being a bit of a dud. I used to work for Ford a few years ago. Would like to get a hold of one and see if I can get a few made but better engineered. I have a few places to show it to.

As for the knob? Well I can only wait, hope and see what happens.

I've seen the metallic blue knob a few times on ebay & from Roman etc but the wild blue from the series has me beat so far.

Roman Autotek have a shop on Ebay - RATGlobal. Give them a try, they have very good prices (based in Melb).
