Members, it is important that as many of you as possible turn up to the special AGM to be held at the usual place at 7:30 PM September 9th so much needed constitutional changes can be made. We need at least 75% of members voting to make changes. Members who are unable to attend may vote by proxy. These will be mailed out to members. If you cannot attend and don't receive this letter be sure to contact a member of the committee asap!

Sorry I didnt attend the last meeting but I will make sure I attend the next one
Rain and 1 hour drive though the city is not my prefeerd option when I live in the Gully
