Default Recognize this Lad? Help Wanted!

Hello Fellow Forders.

Below is a Gent who was snapped and has been accused of stealing a Motorbike.

The story in brief.

A bloke in Cleveland suffered a robbery a few months ago, where an unsavory type entered his property and made off with his Ride On Mower. This prompted him to upgrade his security to include a Motion Sensing Infrared Camera.

More recently, somebody dropped by and lightened his shed of a motorbike, and thankfully, his new security items seemed to work. He has a pretty good snapshot of someone accused of making off with his bike.

Now Myself, and FordForums.com.au, don't wish to accuse anybody. But I would like for anyone who recognizes this individual to contact me with details so I can pass it on, and allow this person to; A/ Clear their good name or ; B/ Rot in the hellhole they deserve to be in.

Here is the shot. it has been listed on other Forums as "Photo of a Bike Thief"!

Once again, We are not here to judge. If you recognize this lad, let me know!

Thank You,
Mike

Hey mate,

Assuming you will do things correctly if you were to identify this chap. Are there any laws regarding signage warning people they may be photographed etc?

I'm sure it's different with video over still pics. And then recording sound is different again. You don't want this guy getting off because he wasn't 'correctly warned' that there was a camera operating.

Good luck with the hunt...

Could be a case of, if legal avenues fail, perhaps we can come to some other type of agreement!

mate, im not going to throw blame here, but he looks very much like a fellow i used to know who once lived here in adelaide, and was well known for theivery and crime. however, the bloke i knew had glasses. maybe he wasnt wearing them at the time, but it looks very much like him. he moved to queensland with his missus 2 years ago, and no one has heard much from him since. if you want, i can PM you some details that i know?

by the way, i am not "dobbing him in" as such, mearly making the observation that the bloke i knew and this alleged bike thief look similar...and no, he was never a mate of mine. he ripped off two of my mates and he lived in my area. thats how we knew each other.
