Default Did ford make a small port 4v head

G'Day all
Wondering if anyone has come across any 2v heads marked as 4v?
I have some heads that are slightly larger in port size(approx 5mm wider and 3-4mm higher in the inlet port size) than a 2v but have a 4 casting in the corner where they should be. They have double valve springs and different retainers from standard 2v heads but that can be changed at anytime.
Using the numbers on the block it is not a GT block. I got it out of a ZD fairlane but it is originally out of a XB panel van going by the JG No
