The Mid North Coast Ford Owners Club will be attending the Mid Coast Ford Motorfest held at John Wright Park in Tuncurry on Saturday the 4th of April. There is no entry fees or forms to fill in, the management of this event have asked us to be there between 8:00AM - 8:30AM, and if we want to park together as a club to arrive at the same time. So we will be meeting at the Food for Less car park in Port at 6:50AM and departing at 7:00AM. We will head down the highway and take the first turn off to Foster /Tuncurry and meet up with the second group at the Tunn o Fun car park, and then all cruise into Tuncurry, arriving aprox 8:20AM-8:30AM. Due to saftey we have been asked not to move the cars until 2:00PM, the club trailor will not be brought along on this trip, so it could be handy to bring along fold up chairs / food or drink. Sorry for the late notice on this cruise, this one slipped underneath the radar.

We will be taking the XY to this event.If anything like last year it will be one of the best events of the Year. We are thinking of staying over to catch the nights entertainment. Hope we get a good roll up.

Not sure I can make this one....car looks POV with 2 different rims on it,plus we have to help Dave's mum move and she lives in Gunnedah...so see what happens

I cannot make this trip, but i have just spoken to the organisers of the event, and they say it will go ahead no mater what weather happens.

I wont be going on this one, at the moment ive spoken to a few people, and none of them are going, i made the seconed stop for people like Julie and the Taree people, but they are not going either. The dabelics and the capri's might be going, but unsure, maybe you might have to contact Eric Keefe and ask if he is still going, at the moment "as far as i know" he is the only one from up here going, but ive been wrong so many times before.

Yes we are going. Leaving Port at 7am along with Tex and who ever else turns up. Shame the members seem to have lost interest in outings such as this, may be as

Just back from Forster. Four club members attended (Allan Cliff,Tex, Margaret and myself) and a soon to be member Bruce Firth. We collected 5 awards in total.
Allan - Best modern car. Bruce - Best British Car .(Cortina) Sponsors Choice Award - Taree Radiators Eric - Sponsors Choice Award - John Amato Auto Repairs Sponsors Choice Award - Gordo Surfboards (not related) About 150 cars turned up,ideal day no sun no rain.
