Default Can someone in the Dandenong area help out?

A mate here in SA is building an RS2000 for tarmac rallies. He ordered pistons a long time ago from a business in Dandenong. He has paid 50% deposit and the guy told him they were on the way. This is about 5 weeks ago. The guy has been uncontactable since.

Would very much appreciate it if someone is in the area to go past and see if this business is actually still there.

It is:
Pure Performance Motorsport
Factory 11/2 Quist Crt.
Dandenong South, Victoria 3175, Australia

Thanks.

I’ve only just come across this thread. I might be down that way tomorrow, if I am, I’ll certainly take a look and let you know.

Cheers

i had a look tonight, and could not see them. it was dark though and the area is not that great for seeing things at night. there is not much signage up anywhere there

do you know they were at that address. looking at the address you gave, it would seem they are at factory 11, no. 2 quist court. quist court is not a court as such, but a group of around 11 factories, so there is no 11-2 there. factory 11 seemed to be empty with a sign on the door for deliveries to be left at factory 9 - a metal fabrication business

i know this is not a great help at present, and maybe danny or myself will be able to look in the daylight hours during the week, but at present i am not confident that they are there

Presume this is the company you are looking for?
http://www2.search.asic.gov.au/cgi-b...=ACN&srchsrc=1

If you can't locate them, you could pay $24.50 to find basic information such as address, directors names etc There are probably other ways to find that info out as well that may be cheaper and it depends on how far you want to pursue it. The business still appears to exist (not sure as to what location)

Thanks guys. Don't know how this post got here, I thought I posted it in the VIC section.

Thaks again for the efforts. His pistons actually turned up on Thursday. Better late than never. He was just about to write it off and buy again.

I知 in my car, so the bat痴 in the boot, along with all the other tools of the trade.

Here痴 a crop of a screenshot from my Autocam. Perhaps he went on holidays. Anyway, the main thing is that your mate has the pistons.

Cheers

I know that place, the guy is nice, don't know why he didn't send them out in time.
