A caramel eraser wheel in a die grinder and lots of patience. Or this kit http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/AIR-PIN-S...item3a9d9e0937 if money is no object. The 3M caramel wheels (e.g. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3M-03612-...item5674c71176) seem to work best and as 3M also makes most of the vinyl adhesive this is probably no surprise. You'll also need to use 3m Adhesive Remover to get the adhesive residue off http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3M-Adhesi...item2a50d10338 Note 3m have an Oz online shop http://solutions.3m.com.au/wps/porta...U/WW2/Country/ and many automotive paint outlets also sell these products.

Razor blade, wax and grease remover, heat gun and lots of yelling, screaming and swearing.

Thats how we took the vinyl decals off the Ambulances when we decomissioned them.
