BlackLS if you could find a tape messure that would be really appreciated as it sometimes hard to tell how low a car is from a pic.

Keep in mind mine is an LX so the bodykit will not help ground clearances.

I agree - This is info that will come in very handy for anyone looking at lowering options.
How do we save it/sticky it . . whatever?

Anyway, here is my info:-

(MEASURED FROM CENTRE OF WHEEL TO TOP OF GUARD)

Vehicle 2005 CL LS 5-door

On standard springs - 57cm
On XR5 Springs - 55 cm

Cheers
Fredo

Mate,
The XR5 springs are good but not that low when you put them in a standard Focus. The XR5 is much heavier in the front end.

When measuring heights, you should always measure from the center off your wheel.. That way regardless off tyre size's and ratio's you will away get an accurate measurement.... Measuring from the top off the tyre is pointless... Many different brands off tyres and differant widths and side wall ratios, means you going to get a lot off different measurements...

So always measure from the center off the wheel to the wheel arch...

Certainly I'm no expert but I reckon it would be okay.
The XR5 has to be heavier doesn't it?
