Its become recreational...I know of blokes in their 20s using them! They certainly don't need to use them but do so anyway for one hell of a session.

As for "black market"... You can buy 100 generic (viagra or cialis) for 70-80 bucks online with no prescription (so I'm told)

Yep works similar to a drug called GTN, anginine, nitrolingual etc which ambulances give to people with cardiac chest pain. Therefore we have to ask patients if they take Viagra everytime we give that drug... Had a patients wife **** herself laughing when I asked her husband with chest pain whether he was taking Viagra once lol

I am a nurse...its interesting watching a patient and her husband's faces, when told " she is being started on Viagra" ..Viagra was originally developed for pulmonary hypertension, but the side effect was a bonus..Its now prescribed for impotence more than PH.
Cialis in America ,there is a new version that you take daily and you are ready for action anytime..Viagra off patent it will be interesting to see how GlaxoSmithKline respond...Cialis patent expires 2017.

I'll admit I have experience with Cialis. Half a pill (Doc, or maybe just the reception desk woman gave me 10 boxes, with one pill each) .
Half a pill, and it's Oh Hello' with the slightest provocation.
Not always the most convenient
