Blown globes? I know it's an obvious answer, but you didn't mention that you had checked them.

The wagons are prone to blow globes. A while ago, my parent's 93 EBII wagon blew one brakelight globe, they got it replaced, then two days later the other one went. Never had any problems with the one in the rear windscreen.

i found it was the actual socket that the globe goes into on my wagon. when mine stops working, mainly the pasengers side, all i do is smack it a bit and it comes back on. i figured one reason was that water was getting in there cos the rubber seal was gone. so i just drilled some holes in the bottom of the lense, and that seemed to help for a while. try changing the actual plug if u can get hold of one.

Was it the contacts or something? That's an EA for you! Three of my interior lights weren't working. I went to take out the globes and when I touched them, they started working!

I'm pretty sure the stop lamps and the high mount stop lamp are run in parallel to each other... thus if the high mount one is working, the globes on the others are most likely blown.

yeah that light does come on as long as you have it switched in the right position... you can either have it switched on, or off, or switched so it comes on when you open the tailgate

Default brakes lights not working at all

Hi

MY ELs brakes lights do not work, have tested the switch at the pedel and bipassed it, checked the fuse as well, tested the globes with a multi meter

its an XR8 and the spoiler lights no go either.

just wondering if there are any other fuses other than the ones below the steering column?

Does anyone know were you can see electrical diagrams online?

Thanks all
