Default Valve Springs Questions.

Hey lads! Now I know I have been asking alot of questions lately but I am looking at having a great deal of work done to my BF by you guy's as soon as I get the cash racked up. Anyways I got's me some CrowCams Stage 2 Camshafts to go in my BF and many people have said to replace the stock valve springs at the same time. But which one's should I replace them with??? There are three options avaliable on the CrowCams website, here they are:

And more from the CrowCams website says this:

1808-24 - FORD BA 6 Performance Springs - $352
1809-24 - FORD BA 6 CYL RACE SPRINGS - $352
VTKBA6-24 - Spring and Retainer Kit - $???

I think that the retainers are fine as they are (as far as I know), but what valve springs should I get to go with the Cams??? Any info and thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

W.
