We have done some testing back to back with a shaker on different styles of CAI.

We have noticed that once plenum has heated up it transfers the heat into the shaker and then transfers that heat into the airbox.

We have blocked off the intake pipe that comes from the shaker to the CAI and been able to make more power as there is no heat transfering into the CAI.

So with a BPR CAI you are going to get better throttle response and power gains over your factory setup, but i would say if you connect the shaker intake pipe to the BPR CAI we could not guarantee the CAI will work correctly, but still will be better than a standard setup.

I hope this has helped
