Default Blowing horn

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked a million times, I've been having trouble with the search feature.
AU1/2 was sitting in the driveway and horn started, pulled battery cable and left it for five minutes, back on, same thing, pulled horn fuse. Everything else works okay, no warning lights. Please help

I suspect they will all do it eventually as that foam part degrades. I'm on to my third horpad/airbag module.
I wonder if anyone has created a guide with photos to replace the foam piece.
