FF AU technical data links (in the AU to BF category) only have the AU VIN decoder. So where to get the AU2 info?

Click the vehicle tab and enter your 16 digit vehicle tab - should start with 6FPAAA**********.
Should give a rough idea how it left the factory. http://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do Cheers!

It's the option codes in particular that I'm curious about. My AU2 is plated (drivers shocky tower) with the Tickford enhancement badge, but when looking on the FordEtis web site it doesn't show the sports suspension as a factory fitted option. I did get a ford build certificate however which DOES state this option. Just a discrepancy with the electronic data logging system I guess. Confusion setting in....too many codes....too many codes & too many fords make flivverford go crazy!!! The link you put up GasoLane only features early falcons, up to the XB's basically. |

Ah ok, but it does give the production dates (month) for yours if that would be any help.
