They are called pictures. You can get them yourself with a device called a camera. Lol

They are called boxes, and can be used to pack a huge amount of different items in, including in this case, a single Volk Racing GTS Wheel! lol

You will be able to get them from Japan. You will need to find an importer. Try a Google search for Austrailan distributors and then take a beer and relax on the couch after you find out the cost.
Do some searching on the local forums for Japanese cars and find someone who can bring them in from Japan. Someone like JDM Concept or Import Monster and many others. You may also be able to buy them from the states and have them sent here. Their prices can be a lot better due to the volumes.

I would guess around $4000 for a set.
