Default WA light vehicle modification application

Has anyone applied for light vehicle modification approval in western Australia, I thought I'd put in an application in for the minor mods i'm making to my xc , wheels / tyres / efi and suspension and wondering if anyone has delt with it before over here in perth.

The form has a lot to be desired ie i dont think it was proof read so if thats the general trend it shouldn't be too hard getting approvel for some minor mods.... i wonder...

anyone done it before?

I wouldnt bother mate, why not just wait till it becomes an issue (eg yellow sticker).

Yeah I agree.

I find the main trouble with mods is voiding your insurance.
