Default Cruise to Cotter Reserve for Brunch - Sunday 18 Sep 2016

Hello All,

As mentioned after tonight's club meeting we're going to do another cruise like we did earlier this year to from the rear of Old Parliament House through to Cotter Reserve for brunch.

This will be a BYO brunch so bring what you'd like to eat and drink, bacon and egg rolls seemed to be the treat last time haha. There are BBQ's on site so no need to bring those but you will need BBQ utensils (or at least a couple of sets amongst all of us) if you need them.

Don't forget to bring a chair as well.

The weather should be great so hopefully its a great morning. You're welcome to head off after brunch whatever time you'd like.

Meeting Point: Carpark, rear of Old Parliament House
Meeting Time: 8:45am for a 9:00am departure

Would be great to get as many members along as we can, this was a great event last time.

Please add your name to the list below:

Hi Ray.

Don't know what else to do but the forecast says it's supposed to be sunny with some cloud cover.

Hopefully all will be good.

I have been watching the posts about the club's cruises for months and was wondering if myself and the family may join the cruise on Sunday ?

Hello All,

Just looking at the weather for tomorrow and they're saying 14 with 95% chance of rain.

What are people's thoughts ?

I am still happy to stick with the meet time of 8:45am in the rear carpark of Old Parliament House and we can make a call then ?
Or
If anyone had any other suggestions as to something we can do ?

I will send out an email to all club members asking all attending to comment on this thread so we know what we will do

Ray

Hi Ray.

Still keen to meet at Parliament house and make a call then.
It was supposed to be raining today but its not bad, good even. If tomorrow is the same then all good.

As to an alternative if it's raining, if its p1ssing down at 7am then perhaps we can postpone the BBQ to another weekend in the near future.

Gaz.

95% chance of rain and a max of 14 deg. Not a good weather combination for a BBQ... Suggest we just try next month.
