There is a slight truth to the story, back in the old days they would put a bottle of warm stout down the throat of a horse is it was feeling a bit colicky,
but to say it cured the horse after 23 hrs of being down is Bullsh**.

Maybe it was just an alco-colic and just needed a fix.

I guess the mane thing here is the horse is in a stable condition now.

I toured the XXXX factory a few weeks ago and it was mighty impressive
what i couldn't understand is why with a technologically advanced, multi-million dollar setup they can't even make the beer taste good?

That may be, but originally it was made in Victoria, under the name XXX.
At least Qlders know how many letters there are.


Fact: It originated in Castlemaine, Victoria. And I note youre from NSW, but I wont bother with that states beer being named after the sound a drinker makes when they spit it out.
