I looked up the Norwegian vehicle import calculator, it asks for:
*Vehicle group, *Fuel type (petrol, diesel, EV, hybrid) *New or used *First registration date abroad *CO2 emission rate *Purchase price (for the purpose of adding 25% GST) *NOx-emission rate *Engine capacity (stroke volume) *Vehicle mass *Engine power (kW) Each of these components have progressive tables that increases the tax rate rapidly if the vehicle is more than a small vehicle such as a Polo / Yaris / Fiesta. EVs are currently free to import to Norway, no GST, no tax at all. Cheers,
